Field Service Support:
Koike Aronson has qualified Regional Field Service Technicians located throughout the United States. They are able to perform comprehensive machine installations, warranty and paid equipment repairs. We are able to provide our customers with assistance in troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions. We can also assist with establishing and implementing maintenance schedules and procedures.
Service Training School Schedule and Details
Technical Phone Support:
Technical phone support is available to all of our customers. Our service covers all aspects of troubleshooting, technical repair guidance, replacement part identification and product operation support.
Product & Technical Training:
On-site training is available with machine installation or as an independent service. We provide instruction on machine operation, as well as maintenance and technical training. Customized instruction is available in any area to suit the customers' needs. Training schools are offered several times annually at the division headquarters in Arcade, New York. We also offer Distributor Training Schools in various locations.
Preventive Maintenance Contracts:
We offer standard periodic maintenance contracts. Customized contracts are available to suit your needs. Contracts includes all labor and expenses and emergency repairs can be substituted to reduce maintenance costs.
Equipment & Parts Sales:
Customer Support Representatives can assist in replacement part identification, and perform portable equipment, gas apparatus, and parts sales processing.
