Digital Advertising Specialist
Starting Pay Range: $24/hour + depending on experience
This position focuses on supporting marketing efforts through social media management, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and ad campaign management. This role involves collaborating with the marketing team to optimize digital presence, drive online sales, and enhance brand visibility while assisting with other marketing-related tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage content for Koike Aronson’s social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engagement with the audience.
• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads, focusing on ROI and key performance metrics.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media and digital advertising campaigns, providing actionable insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to effectively promote products online through eCommerce platforms and digital marketing efforts.
• Respond to customer reviews, comments, and inquiries on social media platforms to enhance customer satisfaction and build a positive online reputation.
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to develop visuals and ad copy for campaigns.
• Assist with managing and maintaining the company website, including updates to product listings and optimizing for SEO.
• Create email marketing campaigns to support promotions and product launches.
• Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and distributors to ensure accurate information is shared and deadlines are met.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Strong proficiency in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other PPC tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Junior Programmer

This position focuses on supporting software development efforts by programming in Python and C#, connecting APIs, and applying AI technologies. The role involves collaborating with the development team to enhance software solutions, integrate cutting-edge technologies, and support ongoing projects while assisting with other programming-related tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop, test, and maintain software applications using Python and C#.
• Design and implement API integrations to streamline workflows and data exchanges between systems.
• Collaborate with team members to incorporate AI programming into existing and new software solutions.

Mechanical Engineer
Starting Pay Range: $60,000+ depending on experience
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified, driven, energetic, hands-on Mechanical Engineer to take responsibility for the design solutions that meet our customers’ needs. The successful candidate for this position will be able to take a project from the conceptual stage through to completion, including specification, design, documentation, testing, and presenting proposals to managers and clients.
This is a mechanical engineering position primarily and inherently includes continuous engineering support of all existing products including BOM Creation, Drawing Creation, Documentation Release, Continuous Improvement, Cost Reduction and Innovation.
The successful candidate should have knowledge of machine design & mechanical power transmission. Experience with design of weldments and heavy structural design ideal. Must be able to perform and document mechanical calculations, finite element analysis, etc.
Under the general direction of the Manager, Engineering, perform all required engineering tasks. Ensure the use of proper engineering design principles and contribute to reliable and cost effective product. The assignments have general objectives and include contact with the customer. Directs and coordinates activities involved in fabrication, operation, application, installation, and repair of all products and systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in either mechanical design, mechanical drafting, or mechanical engineering. Additional work experience in the field preferred, especially with the design & construction of large electromechanical equipment. Experience of 5+ years preferred.
Ability to work with concepts such as:
• Fundamentals of mechanical engineering principles.
• Principles of low cost design and ease of manufacture and assembly.
• Basic analysis of designs, components and subsystems for fit and finish for use, through the proper application of technical theory.
• Use appropriate design techniques.
• Materials properties to identify/select parts tolerance, finish and fitness for use.
• Understand pertinent electrical and/or mechanical design and drafting standards, and drafting practices as applicable.
• Understand pertinent US and European Standards and Codes, as applicable.
• Understand electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic or mechanical schematics or diagrams as needed.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing and assembly practices.
• Experienced in 2-D and/or 3-D CAD as required.

Electronic Technician
Starting Pay Range: $22-$26 Per Hour
Yearly Profit Share Plan. Paid out the last 4 out of 5 years, including 20% on base and overtime wages in 2023 and 17% in 2022.
Performance evaluations are completed every 90 days and eligible for a pay increase based on performance at 90, 180, 270, and at one year.
Applies knowledge of electrical theory, principles of electrical circuitry, electrical testing procedures, engineering mathematics, physics, and related educational training to lay out, build, test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify electronic devices such as drives, controls, and circuitry.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associates degree (AAS) in electronic or electromechanical technology from two-year college or technical school; and/or three years related experience are required.

Machinist
Starting Pay Range: $22-$26 Per Hour
Yearly Profit Share Plan. Paid out the last 4 out of 5 years, including 20% on base and overtime wages in 2023 and 17% in 2022.
Performance evaluations are completed every 90 days and eligible for a pay increase based on performance at 90, 180, 270, and at one year.
The self-motivated candidate performs machine work on CNC Milling, Drilling, Boring Machines and/or CNC lathes. Must be able to set machine up and run proficiently upon completed training. Be able to edit new and existing programs as needed and actively contribute to quality initiatives to increase productivity and gain efficiencies. Candidate must be able to read blue prints, micrometer, calipers and other standard measuring equipment.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum of two-year related trade school training and three to five years of job-related experience.
Must be physically capable of occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
