Comprised of the 25/PE - 250/PE positioners, these models offer a Powered Elevation design, optimizing the utilization of commercially available components in both the elevation and guidance systems. Elevation is achieved with commercial ball screw jacks for high-duty cycles, driven by a worm/wormgear arrangement. Two linked screw jacks ensure redundancy and eliminate the need for belts, chains, or transfer gears. The guidance system features wide cam followers on flat guide-ways, adjustable for wear, providing support on the front, back, and sides of the two columns for cantilevered loads.
